To API 6A flange and with a large bore.
- The valve body is machined from a forged bar stock material.
- The raw material of the valve can be supplied according to NORSOK M 630 or to customer´s specific requirements.
- Inlet is a flanged connection, outlet ½” NPT or ¾” Autoclave (NPSM) int.
- The primary and if required the secondary valve spindle thread is external to stuffing box.
- Valve with fire safe requirement is supplied with graphite packings.
- The valves have back-seating and non-rotating valve tip.
- The bleed or vent valve if required has a bolted bonnet.
- The bore size is 10 mm. For 5 mm bore see lv-0-05-003.
- The valves are designed for PED 2014/68/EU.
- Size: 2 1/16″- 2 9/16″ type 6B
- Pressure rating: 3000 psi, 5000 psi
- Size: 1 13/16″, 2 1/16″. 2 9/16″ type 6BX
- Pressure rating: 10000 psi
- Material: AISI 316, 22Cr Duplex, 25Cr Duplex, 6Mo, Hastelloy C, Inconel 625 and 825
- Packing: PTFE, Graphite
- Temperature: ÷50 to +400 ᵒC depending on material.
- Operation: OS&Y, T-bar or anti-tamper
- Valve tip: hardened
- Coating: standard offshore, to customer’s spec., or none
- Material certificate to EN 10204-3.1 and 3.2
- Certificate of compliance to NACE MR 01-75 or EN 15156
- PMI test
- Fugitive emission to ISO 15848-1
- Pressure test certificate
- Penetrant test on valve body to ASME BPV or ISO 3452-1:2021
- Leak test to API 598
