DESIGN
The valves are designed by our engineers to meet customer´s requirements and international standards for valve design including PED 2014/68/EU, NORSOK M630ASME B 16.34, ISO 15156, NACE MR 0175, ISO 19880-1:2020 (gaseous hydrogen to mention a few.
CONSTRUCTION
The valves are produced in-house on modern CNC machines including bar feeding and handling robots. The valve parts are machined in a large variety of materials ranging from standard stainless AISI 316 over Duplex steel like 22Cr and 25Cr to exotic steels like Monel 400, Titanium, Hastelloy’s and Inconel 625 and 825.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
To document the quality of our valves has become increasingly important. We are able to meet the most stringent requirements from our customers. These requirements may include:
full material traceability for material from approved steel makers with QTR, NACE certificate for sour service and hydrogen, PMI certificate, material certificate according to EN 10204-3.1, pressure test, leak test to API 598, Fugitive emission test to ISO 15848 and full coating procedure.
