POWER GENERATION
We provide instrument valves for pressure gauges, pressure transmitters and differential pressure transmitters for remote or direct mounting. The valves are supplied in stainless steels or heat resistance steels.
OIL AND GAS
Apart from standard instrument valves we also provide monoflange valves, monoblock process to instrument ball valves and DBB sampling/injection ball valves in pressures up to 10.000 psi in standard and exotic materials. We provide a full documentation package to meet customer´s requirements
FPSO
The requirements for instrument valves for Floating, Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) units are very similar to the oil & gas requirements. As manufacturer with own machine shop, we are able to meet special customer requirements.
PULP AND PAPER
Our liquid level transmitter isolation ball valves are highly suitable in the pulp & paper industry. The ball valve has a monoflange connection to the vessel and the differential pressure transmitter level transmitter. The valves have purge connections and connections for easy transmitter calibration. The valve sizes are from DN 50 (2”) to DN 100 (4”) and delivered in stainless steel or more exotic materials like Hastelloy C-276.
CHEMICALS
We provide instrument valves for the chemical industry ranging from simple needle valves to manifold valves for direct transmitter mounting, enclosure mounting and remote mounting.
POWER-TO-X
Apart from standard instrument valves, we also provide valves specially developed for hydrogen. We pride ourselves in having the knowledge to select correct material and packing material. Furthermore a correct cleaning process is essential for hydrogen applications.
CARBON CAPTURE STORAGE
CCS is essential for reducing the CO2 in the atmosphere. We provide instrument valves for this new and very important business area.
